Refund policy
At Freya Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service. Kindly email the tracking details to info@fereyajewellery.uk once your item has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalised products
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is accepted and processed.
EU Cooling-Off Period
By EU consumer protection regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, no questions asked. Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined above.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
